CANTEST is pleased to announce that it has recently purchased the assets of Golder Associates’ North Vancouver ecotoxicology laboratory. Over the next 2 weeks, the North Vancouver facility will be closed and operations will be transferred to CANTEST’s new ecotoxicology facility (Brockton).
As a result of the transaction, CANTEST has increased its capacity and expanded its client base to include a number of new industry and government contracts. We are also pleased to welcome four new staff members.
In addition to routine monitoring, the CANTEST ecotoxicology laboratory will focus on meeting the demands of the Federal Government’s New Substances Notification Regulation, the EU’s REACH program, the Proposed Waste Water Regulation, and life cycle analysis which currently is of interest to the pharmaceutical industry.
