CANTEST Expands Senior Management Team to Support Continued GrowthBurnaby, British Columbia - January 30, 2007. CANTEST Ltd. is pleased to announce the addition of two key positions to its senior management line-up. Effective immediately, Heather Harris-Harper steps into the role of Director, Clinical Operations at CANTEST Clinical Research, and Brent Hale is Director, Human Resources (HR) at CANTEST.
As Director, Clinical Operations, Ms. Harris-Harper’s responsibilities include the direction, planning and execution of clinical trials, ensuring operational excellence for CANTEST Clinical Research’s international corporate clientele.
Ms. Harris-Harper brings to CANTEST 20 years of experience in the conduct of pharmaceutical industry sponsored clinical trials and has held progressive positions in clinical trial monitoring, management and operational supervision at several leading multinational biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies.
As Director, Human Resources, Mr. Hale will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to CANTEST’s HR department and will also be responsible for strategic HR initiatives, leadership development and employee relations.
In addition to his in-depth knowledge of employment and labour law matters, Mr. Hale has experience in all areas of HR including compensation, recruitment, communications, organizational and leadership development and change management.
He will build on CANTEST’s accomplishments and focus on sustainable, consistent and healthy HR and people management systems in line with CANTEST’s corporate strategy, vision and values.
