CANTEST re-qualifies for Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies program

Burnaby, British Columbia – December 13, 2006. CANTEST Ltd. is pleased to announce that the company is a re-qualified member of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies in 2006, after first winning the award in 2005.

2006 was a year marked by significant strategic growth at CANTEST. The company acquired two specialty laboratories, Elemental Research Inc. and Vizon SciTec Inc., and obtained a majority interest in Prime Trials Inc., a Clinical Research Organization. In June, CANTEST announced plans for a $9.5 million expansion of its Burnaby facilities.
