Toxicokinetic Bioanalysis

Toxicokinetic studies are performed in support of mammalian toxicology studies to correlate drug levels in blood with toxicity in the animal.  Assessment of the pharmacokinetics (PK) of lead compounds early in the drug development cycle provides data that enables prediction of metabolism or PK in humans.

Using LC-MS/MS, CANTEST Life Sciences offers bioanalytical expertise and experience, particularly in rapid transition of methods between species, in support non-clinical or toxicokinetic studies under both pre-GLP and GLP conditions.  Bioanalytical support can be provided for PK screening in rodents, dogs and monkeys prior to GLP studies.
