Quality SystemsCANTEST has a dedicated Quality Assurance Unit (QAU) that operates independently of operational departments. The QAU’s primary function is to maintain quality control and thereby enhance the quality of work performed in the laboratory.
A detailed listing of the CANTEST’s scope of accreditation can be obtained from the SCC website. SCC accreditation includes a site inspection once every two years and satisfactory performance in inter-division Proficiency Testing (PT). The Food Safety Division participates in PT programs organized by the following organizations:
